1. Do Now: Reflection on the Trimester. Look at the grading criteria and assess your OVERALL work throughout the trimester. Give reasons and thorough explanations for why you believe you earned the grade you gave yourself. Remember to consider your ability to work independently and collaboratively, to do "close reading" (note-taking and thinking about what you read as you read), to write narratives, informative writing, and persuasive writing. Consider also your level of engagement and your ability to be self-directed (i.e. not waiting for me to tell you what to do.)
